Terms of Service

-PROCEDURE-
If you are interested in commissioning me, simply send me an email at [email protected] or send a DM on any of my social medias. I will try to reply as quickly as I can, however please take note that our time zones may be different.
Depending on how big your request is may depend on how long I take to do it. I will make sure to let you know if the commission will take a while, however, expect the commission to be done from 1-3 months (again, depending how big the commission is).
Once I have accepted your commission, we can begin the discussion for your request. I will need you to send me the most clear and precise description of your request as possible. Including as many visual references as you can; images, poses, colors, everything is useful. I will finish the sketch/s and send a heavily watermarked version to you for approval. This is the time for you to request changes and make adjustments. Once you have approved of the sketch, I will send an invoice for payment. I will only start rendering, lining and colouring once I have received payment. I won't make any more changes after the sketch gets approved by you. Big edits and redraws will come with a small extra fee.
If I consider that your commission is too complex or detailed, I will add an extra fee; complex backgrounds may have an extra fee.The sketch is for reference purposes only, DO NOT post it online or share it publicly. DO NOT modify it and/or try to remove its watermark.
Please be patient, a commission can take 1-3 months to be finished, depending on the workload I have at that moment.
If you want your commission to be ready for a specific date (for example, a birthday or anniversary), please try to make your proposal with enough time in advance.

-PAYMENT-
I only accept money payments (through PayPal or DeviantArt points)!! I do NOT accept any other payments, including; cheques, digital cheques, cash, cryptocurrency or gift cards !!I will ask for a full price once the final sketch has been approved. Please don't ask to make exceptions.
For PayPal payments: I will send you a PayPal invoice once I accept your commission request. All the prices will be in USD ($) (unless discussed and agreed otherwise).
I will not do refunds once I’ve work further than the sketch step (unless I'm the one to cancel your commission for whatever reason). If you cancel before that, you will receive your sketch and a 50% refund.

-USE AND COPYRIGHT-
I will retain all copyrights for all my artwork.
I can post it on my social media, add it to my portfolio, and use it for promotion purposes.
You can:
· Post your commission on social media, giving me proper credit.
· Give your commission to someone else as a gift.
· Print it for personal use.
You can't:
· Use your commission for commercial purposes
· Sell copies of your commission.
· Sell merchandise made from your commission.
· Remove my signature from your commission.
(Unless discussed otherwise and agreed upon a payment plan, a commission can be used for the above scenarios (the "you can't" list))BY SENDING ME A COMMISSION REQUEST, YOU AGREE WITH THESE TERMS.
